Announcement on Fixed Issue of Security System and Compensation

The TOS Team has found out that the update on the security system is yet to be refined, therefore no Guild Points would be earned through participation in the Guild Event if the following devices* are used. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The above error has been fixed this afternoon (Sep 5, Fri). The TOS Team will continue on refinement of the system. For Summoners who still encounter the problem, please contact our customer service for follow-ups.

 

As compensation, the TOS Team will award all Summoners 200 Guild Points**. The Guild Points will be added to your accounts on Sep 6 (Sat) after daily update. The Guild Points could be found in “Community” –> “Guild” –> “Member List”. By arraying members according to “”, the accumulated Personal Guild Points could be seen. The TOS Team hopes Summoners could enjoy the Guild Event and support TOS in the future as well.

** All Summoners who have joined a guild by 23:50, Sep 5 (Fri) are eligible for this compensation. Summoners who join a guild after that will not receive the compensation.
