【Announcement on the fixing of Diamond Seal Card Draw Event『Calling from God of War』】

On today Jan 31 (Sat) 13:00 – 13:43, a problem occurred in Diamond Seal Card Event 『Calling from God of War』, chances were the first “Norse Gods” you drew may not be the one you never had before.

Our team has fixed this problem at 13:43, after the correction Summoners could take part in Diamond Seal Card Event 『Calling from God of War』as normal. On Jan 31 (Sat) between 13:43 – 23:59 the first “Norse Gods” you drew from this event must be the one that you have not obtained before.

We’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused for around 4000 Summoners. In return, we shall give 1 additional chance to these affected Summoners, who could draw Diamond Seal Card one more time and the Monster they get must be the “Norse Gods” that never obtained at the time of claiming the compensation.

The affected UID shall be announced later on the official website. The compensation can be found in “Community” -> “Reward” after re-logging into the game during Jan 31 (Sat) 18:00 to 2 Feb (Mon) 23:59.
