Each character’s combat power contributes to reducing the Threat Level of all enemies. 3. The lower the remaining Threat Level, the greater the chance of winning. Victory is guaranteed once all enemies’ Threat Levels are reduced to 0, but players may still win even if the Threat Level is above 0. 4. All characters and enemies are categorized into one of three factions—Fighter, Rogue, and Channeler. Faction advantages affect how effectively the Threat Level is reduced. Faction advantages affect how effectively the Threat Level is reduced: Fighter > Channeler > Rogue > Fighter 5. Some characters and enemies possess Combat Traits. When an enemy has a specific Combat Trait, the squad must include at least one character with the same trait; otherwise, the enemy’s Threat Level cannot be reduced. 6.
