[Error in Guild Event “The Headless on Halloween” Reward Distribution and Compensation Announcement] ( 2015 / 11 / 03 )

There’s an error in reward distribution of “Headless Horseman – Dullahan” (MAX Skill Level) if Summoners have claimed the reward before Nov 2 (Mon) 01:00, UTC+08. The details are as follows:

 

– If Summoners have claimed “Headless Horseman – Dullahan” (MAX Skill Level) back to his / her Inventory before Nov 2 (Mon) 01:00, UTC+08, the reward would be appeared as Skill Level 1 instead of MAX Skill Level.

 

Our team is aware of the issue and we have already fixed the problem on Nov 2 (Mon) 01:00, UTC+08.

Affected Summoners can receive “Headless Horseman – Dullahan” (MAX Skill Level) X 1 by logging in to the game between Nov 5 (Thur) 00:00 – Nov 11 (Wed) 23:59. The compensation is only applicable to Summoners who have met the TWO requirements at the same time:

 

– Those who have scored 200 Guild Points or above and his / her Guild has over 20,000 Guild Points in total; and
– Those who have claimed “Headless Horseman – Dullahan” (MAX Skill Level) before Nov 2 (Mon) 01:00, UTC+08. (From “Reward” to “Inventory”)
