Our Team has noticed the setting in Nightmare Stage “The Sleipnir’s Knight” (which originally started on Jul 8 at 22:00) was appeared as abnormal. The details are as follows:

– “The Sleipnir’s Knight” was mistakenly opened on Jul 7 (Thur) at 22:00, which made some players who have cleared the stage could not receive Ultimate Stage Clearance Reward (“Harpy” x 1 and “Heavy Gear Knight” x 1) or Nightmare Stage Clearance Reward (“Heavy Gear Knight” x 1 or Souls x 200). We will get the Clearance Rewards ready for the affected players again, and they will be able to collect their reward in “Community” -> “Reward” during the period of Jul 13 (Wed) 00:00 – Jul 19 (Tue) 23:59.

To compensate for the impact on Summoners, all Summoners will receive Diamond x 1 as compensation. Summoners can log in to the game and receive the compensation during the period of Jul 12 (Tue) 00:00 – Jul 18 (Mon) 23:59.
