[Announcement on Abnormal Server Connection of 18M Mysterious Event “TOS Brain Lab”]

An abnormal issue occurred on our server today Aug 17 (Mon) during 00:00 – 04:00 and 18:00 – 21:00. Some Summoners were not able to participate in the event due to connection and login problem.

Our technician had worked on recovering the server today Aug 17 (Mon) 21:00 – 21:30. The server has been recovered and resumed normally.

To compensate for the inconvenience caused to Summoners, we have made the following adjustment and compensation:

1. The score obtained from today Aug 17 (Mon) will not be counted in the average score for “Lucky Draw”.
2. 1 extra Diamond will be added to “Daily Participation Reward” on Aug 18 (Tue). (A total of 2 Diamonds)
3. All Summoners will be compensated with 1 Diamond. Summoners can collect the Diamond by logging into the game during Aug 18 (Tue) – Aug 24 (Mon).
(The compensation will only be applicable to Summoners who has reached Level 10 before Aug 24 (Mon) 23:59)
